Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
Products must be:
We cannot accept returns on books, patterns, videos, software, paints, enamels, chemicals, or special order items. We do not accept returns on any product sold from our Scratch-n-Dent Department.
Shipping costs for all returned items are the responsibility of the party returning the items. Due to their unique nature, return of the following items will incur a 20% restocking charge:
Kilns, Sandblasting Equipment, and Polishing Equipment.
