Programming - The Set-Pro allows you to control the rate of temperature change, final temperature and any desired temperature hold time up to 8 times per use or firing. That's 8 segments of control that are simple to program and use. It should be noted that it's not necessary to use all 8 segments when firing. If only 1 segment is needed, just 1 segment may be programmed. Want to use only 2? It's possible. The point is that the Set-Pro, with its three buttons, is uncomplicated and easy. Four user programs are built-in. However, while firing minutes can be added to hold setting in 5 minute increments, the temperature may be increased in 5° increments.

Program Data - Program data is entered in the following way: Temperature rates use a degree/hour format. Controlled rates can be either ascending or descending. Rates can be as slow as 1° per hour and as fast as "Full".Temperature setpoints are factory default in the Fahrenheit scale. The Centigrade scale is available special order. Hold times use an hour and minute format. Maximum hold time per segment is 99 hours.

Skip Seg - For those times when "enough is enough" the Set-Pro allows you to skip or move ahead to the next segment.Very useful when you're satisfied with the current results and need to get to an anneal segment quickly. It's a welcome feature and comes in handy.

View Seg - The View Seg feature shows what segment is currently running.
