For borosilicate glass. The Red Max burner has the same design as the Nortel Major Burner, except the bottom burner is Nortel's latest design for a large flame burner.
The bottom flame is comparable to the Major Burner's bottom flame in size, but is round in shape instead of square and is a much more forceful flame than the Major Burner's fluffier flame. The bottom torch has 44 ports with a 1.5" diameter flame.
This model has a Nortel Pre-Mix Burner, with two interchangeable tips, that is mounted just above the large bottom burner. |
