The Silberschnitt Circle Cutter is especially useful to repetitively cut small, round glass parts from 3/8" to 7-1/4" (10 - 185 mm) for glass thicknesses from 1/6" to 1/4" (2 to 6 mm).
This cutter has been developed to cut small, round glass parts in series. A stopper rail ensures the uniform guidance of the glass strip. The wheel holder with trailing cutting wheel (135° cutting angle) is replaceable. The ball-bearing cutting head produces excellent breaking edges also in the smaller diameter range.
When using different cutting angles (from 120° to 165°), hard glasses as well as thin glasses can be easily cut. Open cuts are possible which considerably facilitates the breaking out of the parts. |
