This kit includes a standard blade and two replacement orange groove grommets (without bearings).
 
To install the orange grommets, remove the grommet assemblies from the saw. Cut the old grommets off from the bearings using a sharp knife and discard. Press the new grommets onto the bearings until seated, and reinstall.
