A 360º form embossed and numbered to accept glass placement guides (cartoon). The C16 makes a 16" lamp that can be up to 8" in height. Currently 17 designs plus a lamp designing grid are available for this form.

These 16" lamps are ideal for table or desk lamps when displayed on a lamp base that is approximately 24" tall (measured to top of harp).

The Perfect Lamp Form
WordenSystem lamp forms are molded of 1 1/4" thick expanded styrofoam plastic granules. This material is not heat proof but it is heat resistant. You can tack solder and tin the foil wrapped parts securely together on the form, the lamp is then removed and soldering completed off the form. Molded styrofoam lamp forms provide a near perfect method for assembling and designing Tiffany style lamps.
