Corning Pyrex Clear Glass Tubing, Heavy Wall Thickness
Corning Pyrex Clear Glass Tubing has a COE of 32.5. Use borosilicate tubing to complement Northstar colored glass rods. This tubing is NOT compatible with "soft" beadmaking rods, such as Moretti.
This clear tubing has a heavy wall thickness, and is about 48" (1219mm) long, plus/minus 1/2" (13mm).
Properties of Pyrex:
Softening Point: 1510 °F (821 °C)
Annealing Point: 1040 °F (560 °C)
Strain Point: 950 °F (510 °C)
Coefficient of Expansion: 32.5 x 10E-7 per °C
